Campus Pastor | Travelers Rest Campus
This role serves as the primary shepherding elder and executive leader of the campus, guiding staff, leaders, and the congregation in carrying out Grace Church's mission and vision.We are looking for someone who shepherds people with care, develops healthy staff and leaders, and equips the body to do the ministry work laid out in Ephesians 4. You provide spiritual oversight, lead with clarity and purpose, and build a culture where people grow as disciples and actively participate in ministry.This role calls for someone who takes ownership, leads with initiative, and lives under the authority of Scripture in alignment with the biblical definition of eldership.
Students' Director
This role leads student ministry at the designated campus, advancing Grace Church's mission by creating a community where students are known, discipled, and equipped to serve.We are looking for someone who actively pursues students, develops staff and volunteer leaders, and partners with parents. You create engaging, age-specific gatherings and use events, trips, and everyday relationships to help students grow in faith.This role calls for someone who takes ownership, leads with initiative, and builds a healthy team through clear direction, encouragement, and accountability. You provide spiritual care and work closely with the Campus Pastor to strengthen the ministry.
Campus Administrator | Travelers Rest
The Travelers Rest Campus Administrator must serve as a strategic operational partner to the Travelers Rest Campus Pastor, providing clarity, focus, and forward momentum to the campus team. This role turns vision into action by facilitating ministry, anticipating needs, taking ownership, and creating effective systems and processes that help the campus accomplish Grace Church’s mission of making disciples and equipping the body. Discipleship & Groups Administrator | Pelham Campus
The Pelham Discipleship & Groups Administrator provides Administrative and organizational support to the Pelham Discipleship & Groups ministry, helping the team stay organized, plan ahead, and execute ministry events effectively. This role works closely with the Pelham Discipleship & Groups Pastor and team, campus staff, and volunteers to support the ministry’s ongoing rhythms and create environments where people can connect, grow, and engage in biblical community.
