Mosaic Equip Conference 2026
Have you heard about our Mosaic Equip Conference? This flagship event took place recently at our Pelham campus, where we welcomed over 50 churches from across the Southeast. The conference served those looking to start or grow a disability ministry, as well as faith-based organizations and non-profits serving the disability community. Over two days, leaders gained a biblical foundation for building and sustaining effective discipleship in their disability ministries.
Experts in the field of disability shared insights, practical tools, and personal experiences with attendees. Topics included an accessible Savior, encouragement for parents, suffering and hardship, disability and the gospel, and applying a theology of disability. More than 120 people came from churches and organizations in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
This event showed that the “why” behind disability ministry is rooted in the gospel. One of the conference speakers is on the autism spectrum, and Mosaic pastor Joe Clarey shared how impactful it was to hear her explain that she didn’t understand her disability until she understood the gospel.
Inspire Coffee House, which equips adults with disabilities in the workforce, provided a pop-up refreshment station.

We hope that this conference will help encourage leaders to pursue disability ministry within their churches and organizations. Will you join us in praying for growth and wisdom as they seek to faithfully disciple individuals and families? If you’d like to learn more about our Mosaic ministry, click below.
