Support the Grace Church staff and the Facility Campus Lead by ensuring rooms are set for all meetings, classes, and events taking place on campus.
Under the direction of the Pelham Operations Director, ensure rooms are set for all meetings, classes, and events taking place on campus.
Providing basic maintenance as directed by the Pelham Operations Director and Central Facilities staff.
Providing support to the staff of Grace church from a facilities standpoint
Be on call during the worship service you attend. Responsible for fixing or letting the right person know about any observed problems
Ensure the campus is ready for weekend worship. Make any changes needed.
Build a volunteer facility to cover the weekend services and communicate all weekend setup needs
Communicate with Pelham Operations Director each week about any facilities issues identified over the weekend
Integrate with Pelham staff to identify facility issues and present a strategy to the Operations Director
Work closely with Pelham Events Coordinator to organize facility needs for outside events as needed
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff and volunteers
Requirements
Ability to perform manual tasks as follows, but not limited to:
Must be able to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as fixing minor issues around the property or equipment.
Climb and work on a ladder
Lift 50 pounds on your own
Physical stamina and dexterity to work a full shift
