Grace Church in Spartanburg launched in 2013, meeting at Converse College, and we now meet on Willis Road right off Highway 29. We are made up of individuals and families living in and around Spartanburg county who desire to see people follow Jesus as we work to make disciples of all nations and backgrounds. Our local church is focused on biblical teaching with an authentic worship environment.
I grew up in Spartanburg, and as the campus pastor, I desire to see this community strengthened by people who pour themselves out because of their passion for Jesus as we are all in process together. Every day, we are on mission to do the ministry needed, both inside and outside the walls of our church. This site is intended to help you learn a little bit more about us and how to connect to the mission and ministries of Grace Church. You can learn more about the Spartanburg campus by scrolling down the webpage. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get up-to-date information each month.
Please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to me or any of our campus staff after one of our Sunday services or contact us by email or phone (864) 284-0122 with any questions you may have. Thank you for checking our church out, and I hope to meet you soon.
We want you to have a beneficial worship experience. From knowing where to park, to finding out how to register your children for children’s programs on Sunday mornings, our Spartanburg campus volunteers are ready to help welcome you to Grace Church.

Discovery is an orientation to our church that provides you with information about our mission, core values, ministry distinctives, and the benefits of a local church. It is also the starting point for you to connect to groups, volunteer ministry teams, and membership.
Foundations is our membership class focusing on our church’s Core Values, six essential areas of Christian maturity and growth. This class is open to anyone who has been to Discovery. During Foundations, you will have the opportunity to complete church membership.
We believe God created men to “move” — to step into the important areas of their lives and make a difference. Too many men feel paralyzed. And many men don’t feel equipped to be spiritually powerful men. At Grace, we are absolutely committed to helping you thrive as a godly man.
We believe God made all women with a distinct capacity to bring strength and aid to those in need. Yet so many women aren’t living in the fullness of God’s calling on their lives. Too many women view godly femininity as weakness and subservience or equate identity and God’s design with specific roles like wife or mother. We are committed to helping you flourish as a godly woman, regardless of a role you play.
One of our Core Values is being Ministry Focused, and the primary way we carry that out is through serving one another. There are several ways you can get plugged in to serving at Grace. To learn more about these opportunities, please fill out the interest form below.
Our weekly email newsletter and campus-specific newsletters are the best ways to stay up-to-date on everything happening at Grace Church.
