Work alongside the Campus Pastor to lead the campus, including the development of the staff and ministry teams. This role will have a variety of leadership experiences based on the needs of the campus and individual strengths. All Pastoral staff are required to live under the authority of scripture in regards to the biblical definition of eldership.
Execute tasks related to Worship, specifically those involving weekend services and Worship Volunteers at the Anderson Campus.
