To assist campus staff in carrying out the mission of Grace church in areas related but not limited to Outside Events, Central Events, AV training, equipment installs, and video, lighting and projection.
Amplify the Mission
Organize and staff all outside events to ensure excellence and reliability in execution
Partner with Central team to execute church wide event on the Pelham campus
Be main point of contact for technical questions in regards to outside events
Be forward thinking on how to utilize technology to enhance all on campus experiences
Operate with Excellence
Knowledge and ability to utilize all equipment to the fullest potential for event needs
Communicate training needs and coordinate training as equipment evolves and changes
Keep all systems and procedures efficient, up to date and reliable
Minimize Distraction
Clear communication between event organizations and PL Event staff on needs and expectations
Ensure spaces and technology are setup after outside events for the next ministry event
Clear communication between ministry staff and AV Ministry lead on needs for volunteers and setup for events
Equip for the future
Stay up to date on all new software/hardware
Recruit and train new A/V volunteers that carry the mission of the team forward
Work alongside Operations Director and Event Coordinator to update spaces and equipment to best suit needs of outside organizations within the scope of Grace Church’s mission and vision
