This role is essential to the daily operations of the Inspire Coffee House, helping lead day-to-day operations while creating an exceptional experience for every guest and cultivating a positive, supportive team culture. You help turn everyday interactions into meaningful moments of hospitality. You train and develop people, uphold systems that maintain consistency, and steward the business’s resources to help it remain both financially sustainable and missionally effective.This is not a reactive role. Residency
Grace Church Residency is a year-long residency program for recent graduates where you will be discipled by Grace Church staff while gaining hands on experience in various ministries of the local church.
