Support Grace Church staff and Facility Campus Lead.
Specific Responsibilities
Ability to drive to different campuses (licensed driver) to support the Facility Manager
Under the direction of the Facility Manager- make sure rooms are set for all meetings, classes, and events taking place that week on the campus you are assigned. This includes room setup and cleaning.
Providing basic maintenance as directed by the Facility Manager to include but not limited to patching, painting, routine maintenance tasks, and light repairs
Providing support to the staff of Grace church from a facilities standpoint
Carry campus keys and a radio with you during working hours
Light landscaping as directed by Facility Manager, including parking lot care
Work an evening or weekend service as needed – proper notice will be given
Be on call during the worship service you attend. Responsible to fix or let the right person know about any observed problems
Requirements
Ability to perform manual tasks as follows but not limited to:
Climb and work on a ladder
Lift 40 pounds on your own
Physical stamina and dexterity to work a full 8-hour shift
Meet job scope minimum requirements
Above average communication and interpersonal skills
