Train with Grace Church and assist in the development of co-living policies and procedures for Front Porch properties and residents.
Interview, assess, and approve housing applicants
Primary point of contact for residents and staff
Assist with quarterly life skills equipping groups
Assist in mentor development and matching for residents
Resident follow-up, including apartment checks and drug screening
Assist in the development of group housing best practices
Assist in the development of individual resident care plans and follow-up
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have a clean driving record and able to be insured for Grace policy
Must have excellent communication skills to represent Grace Church
