To assist campus ministry staff in carrying out the mission of Grace church in areas related but not limited to Ministry Event Organization, volunteer AV training, equipment installs, and video, lighting and projection.
Amplify the Mission
Working closely with Ministry leaders to plan and execute AV needs for events, services and trainings
Clearly communicate event goals and vision to AV team running events
Post-event follow up to ensure events went off as expected and gain any info on areas for improvement
Be forward thinking on how to utilize technology to enhance all ministry events
Operate with Excellence
Ensure events are streamed and recorded as needed
Communication of event needs and expectations to volunteers and staff that are running events
Oversee content capture and disperse/save files as required per event
Minimize Distraction
Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order
Organize and execute volunteer trainings quarterly to ensure volunteers are equipped for success
Cultivate a culture of high accountability and high responsibility so team members can carry the vision of ministry events into each program
Equip for the future
Stay up to date on all new software/hardware
Recruit and train new A/V volunteers that carry the mission of the team forward
Work alongside Ministry teams to ensure technology is current and upgrade as needed to keep events compelling and engaging
Keep the pulse of all new equipment/hardware and work towards expansion where feasible to keep our events current
