Camp Grace
1st–4th Grade

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

To facilitate a positive experience for our elementary school children and our volunteers, please take note of the following policies:

  • Volunteers and parents, please do not bring food or drinks into the classrooms unless it has been approved by a Camp Grace coach or staff member. Some of our children have severe allergies and may experience a reaction.
  • Please share any specific instructions with your child’s teacher at check-in. Please write any specific instructions for your child on the check-in sticker when dropping off your child. Your willingness to do this during the check-in process will allow our volunteers to better serve you and your child.
  • Our volunteers will try to calm upset children for 15 minutes before contacting a parent through text message.
  • Children will only be released to parents or guardians when a check-out sticker is presented. If you need help obtaining a check-out sticker, please see a member of the Welcome Team.

Worship

Songs

Camp Grace services have a Big Group and Small Group format. During Big Group, campers will be led in worship that relates to and flows out of the principle being taught that week. Here is a sampling of music that your camper may hear while worshiping in Camp Grace.
