Bilingual Worship Night | TL & IG
“Coming from a Latino background but being born in the States, it was incredible to sing in both of my languages. Seeing people from all different backgrounds come together and share in fellowship was truly special. We serve one God, and it was amazing to witness his people united in worship!” -Tatis A.

Shaped by a desire to be Faithfully Gathered, our Taylors and Iglesia Gracia folks united with one voice for a unique time of bilingual worship and fellowship. The night included worship songs in both English and Spanish, a time of community prayer for both campuses, and a multi-cultural potluck.
This special evening reflected Psalm 86:9–10 in a very tangible way:
All the nations you made
will come and bow before you, Lord;
they will praise your holy name.
For you are great and perform wonderful deeds.
You alone are God.
Worship was led in both languages by a multi-cultural choir and was divided into three focuses:

- “Worthy of it All” by CeCe Winans

“It is a beautiful and humbling gift to be surrounded on all sides by Christ-centered community. Some are strangers, some are friends, some don’t even speak my language! But God used this night to remind me of the unity we have as believers in Christ. We are all family, worshiping and reflecting on God’s patient, redeeming work in our lives.” -Allie B.
“The Holy Spirit allows us to step into this experience a little uncomfortable and walk out feeling closer to Heaven. The more we can put ourselves out there, the more the Spirit will unify us. The more we do together, the more we understand the extensiveness of our God. We are preparing ourselves for Revelation 7:9–10! Hallelujah!” -Val W.
Will you join us in continuing to pray for our congregations? Please pray that we, as a body, would be moved through corporate worship and grow in our unity of faith and love for Jesus as Lord. To learn more about our worship ministry and the songs we sing, click below.
