Celebrating One Year of Front Porch Housing

Culturally Engaged

Front Porch Housing on Cleveland Street has been serving residents for one year! We were excited to come alongside Front Porch as they marked this important milestone. They brought awareness to the importance of transportation by hosting a car show—over 300 people showed up to show support, see 53 cars, enter the raffle, and enjoy lots of great food! It was a fun event and a compelling way to tell the story of how reliable transportation makes a difference in the lives of residents at Front Porch. Many of us also gathered for a night of worship and stories to praise God for all he has done in and through this supportive community over the past year.
