High School Students Partner with Mission Upstate
Culturally Engaged
Mission Upstate is a local outreach program for our high school students. This past week, 17 high school students and 7 leaders partnered with Griggs Memorial Church, pastored by Mitch Miller, in the Poe Mill area of Greenville.
Grace students participated in service projects such as yard work and deep cleaning for local churches. They also provided a day sports camp for children ages 5-13 in the neighborhood. These opportunities not only provide our students with a way to support the needs of our community, they also help build the credibility of the local church.
Next month, another group of high school students will be participating in Mission Upstate. We hope you will join us in prayer around this ministry!
