The Worship & Creative Arts Coordinator will provide centralized operational support for worship, service planning, student worship, and songwriting, and will help launch and support the new Creative Arts Collective. This role exists to strengthen communication, organize schedules, prepare for events, and remove logistical barriers so ministry leaders can focus on discipleship and vision.
Central Worship, Service Planning & Songwriting Support
Coordinate scheduling, communication, and planning for the central worship staff.
Prepare, compile, and distribute the weekly digital packet for weekend services.
Support central worship meetings (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
Coordinate logistics for seasonal services, recordings, and worship events
Partner with Communications on artwork, promotion, and publishing for Grace Church Worship.
Manage basic purchasing, subscriptions, and budget
Student Worship Equip (SWE)
Manage scheduling, registration, and planning workflows
Coordinate communication with worship staff, parents, and volunteers.
Coordinate space usage, supplies, food, check-in, and other event logistics
Partner with Student Ministry leadership
Creative Arts Collective (CAC)
Assist with program launch planning and execution
Manage communication, registration, and schedules
Coordinate classes, rehearsals, and space needs
Support showcases, performances, and student productions
Assist instructors with materials and logistics
Help build student and volunteer onboarding systems
Track participation and program logistics
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing schedules, calendars, and logistics
Ability to work across teams and ministries
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Experience in worship ministry, creative arts, or student ministry preferred
Proficiency with Planning Center, Rock, and Google Workspace.
