Missions Grants Spotlight | Alabaster House

Culturally Engaged

Missions Grants recipient Alabaster House is helping women break free from addiction, rebuild their lives, and know the love of Christ. The Missions Grants funding program invites our members to apply for yearly grants up to $2,500 to support specific projects or programs of their personal ministry that serve the Upstate. As grant applications are now open, we’d love to highlight the important work that Alabaster House is doing in Easley!

Alabaster House is a 7-month, Christ-centered residential recovery program that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of addiction. Their mission is to walk alongside women on the journey toward a transformed life, and they achieve this through daily classes, Bible studies, life-skills training, and personal mentoring. Upon completion of the 7-month program, a transitional program is available to help continue building stability, lasting recovery, and independence.

Missions Grants helped provide scholarships for a group of women, removing financial barriers that might have prevented them from receiving the support, structure, and biblical guidance offered through Alabaster House.

We are so grateful for all the ways that Alabaster House is fostering hope and identity in Christ. Many of our members are involved in personal ministry within their immediate communities, which is why we offer Missions Grants.
