Student Worship Equip is a hands-on event for 7th-12th graders who want to grow in worship leadership. Whether your student sings, plays an instrument, or wants to learn about A/V production, this is a chance to build skills, connect with others, and discover how to use our gifts to serve through worship—all in a fun and encouraging environment!

7th-12th grade students who play an instrument, sing, or have an interest in being a part of an Audio/Visual (A/V) team by learning how to run slides, sound, camera, switcher, and lights for programs.
To equip and develop all of our students who have a desire to serve in Worship and/or A/V.
Yes, all students should have a base-level knowledge of their instrument. This should not be considered first-time lessons for your student. Your campus Worship Leader is a great resource to help determine if your student is ready to come to SWE.
No. We can accommodate a wide range of A/V experience.
Guitarists and strings players should bring their own instrument. We provide all pianos, drums, and A/V equipment necessary.
Yes, you will be able to find resources for specific songs on the event page and they will be posted at least one month in advance. We provide chord charts, not sheet music.
We have a showcase in the summer at the end of SWE for parents to come and see all the work their students have put in.
