Missions Grants Spotlight | Bel-Aire 2026

Missions Grants recipient Bel-Aire is a ministry in West Greenville that cares for local youth by providing opportunities for their spiritual, educational, and relational growth. The Missions Grants funding program invites our members to apply for yearly grants up to $2,500 to support specific projects or programs in their personal ministry that serve the Upstate. With grant applications now open, we’d love to highlight the important work Bel-Aire is doing in our area!

Bel-Aire seeks to walk among neighbors as Jesus walked among us—knowing us, leading us to the Father, and guiding us toward the fullness of life. Through Christ-centered programming for kids, Bel-Aire provides weekly academic support, field trips, inspirational speakers, and workshops. They also work to foster a network of strong, healthy relationships and, most importantly, point to the truth and power of the gospel.

Missions Grants helped fund their teen professional development program this summer. Students ran a snow cone stand, received classes, and went on a variety of engaging field trips. Downtown campus member Krisi Maynard says, “The workshop included training on professionalism, work ethic, workplace expectations, and saving money. The grant also helped us provide an art class, a lake day, a music studio field trip, and funded some of our summer camp, where they got away from distractions and learned what it means to be rooted in Christ. Some students even professed faith in Christ. Praise God!”

We are so grateful for all the ways that Bel-Aire is helping students get out of their comfort zones, discover passions, gain confidence, and know Christ! Many of our members are involved in personal ministry within their immediate communities, which is why we offer Missions Grants.
