Spring Classic Recap
Recently, hundreds of our middle school students in Fusion and 24Seven gathered from across all of our campuses for Spring Classic! Spring Classic was an opportunity for our middle school students to unite as one body of Christ—joining together in worship, learning under the same teaching, and connecting with their small groups through fun and games.
Our Pelham campus hosted a time of corporate worship and live teaching for nearly 900 attendees, including students, leaders, volunteers, and staff. After worship and teaching, small groups had the opportunity to gather and dive deeper into the lesson. For our Fusion students, teaching continued in a series based in the book Acts called God and His Kingdom. Discussion centered around throwing off our old nature and putting on our new nature. For our 24Seven students, teaching continued in a series called Digital Life. Students explored the benefits of boundaries around technology.
In addition to all the fun at the Pelham campus, students and leaders enjoyed a meal together and a few hours of bowling, laser tag, and arcade games off campus at Main Event!
While teaching and worship are ongoing in our regular weekly student programs, it is energizing for students to gather and fellowship as one, to hear live teaching, and to celebrate as a larger body all that God is doing. Please join us in prayer that this energy will carry over into their campuses and small groups as our students continue to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
